Batcher / Dispatcher

The Role:

As a concrete dispatcher, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the concrete production equipment. You will also oversee the mixing, batching, and delivery of concrete, ensuring that it meets quality standards and specifications.  Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing the daily logistics of the concrete plant
• Coordinating concrete orders and delivery schedules
• Operate plant machinery 
• Communicating effectively with customers, truck drivers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Experience in the concrete industry is preferred
• Physical agility and good health.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Current full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 4 and WTR preferred).

Days and hours:

Monday - Friday with some Saturday work. These roles can offer around 50 hours per week or more.

6am is the standard start time but this can vary depending on the project
