We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team based in Manukau. Great opportunity for an experienced Manager in the Hire/Services Industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to take the next step in their career.

Based in Manukau, you will be an integral part of the team, growing and overseeing the development of the largest branch of the nationwide business. Building a team culture across all aspects of the branch activities will be a key focus of your role.

The key functions of the role will encompass the following:
• Supports the National Operation Manager with the day to day running of the Auckland Operations team.
• Supports the National Business Development Manager with day to day running of the Auckland sales team.
• Support where applicable to the National Dispatch/Customer service team based in Auckland.
• Support where applicable to the National Administration and Accounts, Health & Safety and Human Resource team based in Auckland.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have previous experience working in a services/hire industry
* Have proven staff management experience
* Be hands on in your management style
* Be solution focused

You will receive:
* Salary of $100K plus bonuses based on KPI's.
* Company Vehicle - also for personal use
* Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
