This role would someone who has previous experience in the tertiary sector and is an effective communicator as there will be a lot of collaboration. The role will involve some travel to either Hamilton or Wellington as they have teams across all regions.
The role is hybrid and based in Highbrook
- Adding in fields to forms both online and our physical training agreements
- Writing test scripts
- Working with internal Customer Service team on what’s working/what’s not
- Analysing business processes, and what changes may need to be made
- Updating documentation in line with changes
- Cleansing Data
- Some testing of the API
- Working on the integration and upgrade of 2 different learning systems
- Change management
- Facilitating workshops
- Potential for some work with an upcoming financial system integration
- Scoping of the size of the project
