Auckland or Christchurch Based
National Role
Excellent Base Salary

Based in either our Auckland OR Christchurch branches, we are excited to create a role for a National Business Delivery Manager. Working closely with our General Manager and senior leadership team, this role will work strategically to ensure existing and new business is maintained and developed to a high standard.

Working as the glue between branches, driving collaboration and critical thinking, the successful candidate will have a passionate approach to sales and a natural ability to source new business aligning with our company values, whilst working with our various business arms to ensure successful delivery.

About the Role:
It is essential that all communication in this role is clear, solution driven and delivered professionally. This is an opportunity for someone to expand and develop the current client list, strategically work towards a business plan with our senior team and be hand on with our internal staff to achieve above expected results.
  • Develop and implement sales and delivery business plan.
  • Build, own and maintain new business portfolios
  • Manage and review markets across all Branches
  • Identify and secure new business through strategic and robust practices.
  • Build and develop long term business partnerships
  • Assist, lead and facilitate tenders.
  • Maintain and develop the national pipeline.
  • Account management; across key national clients.
  • Mentoring and advising staff across recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Reporting and highlighting areas of focus
  • Working closely with Branch Managers to ensure strong synergies
  • Provide insights across the business regarding trends and market shifts.
About You:
You will already possess qualities such as being approachable, reliable, and adaptable to name a few. With a proven success in sales, you'll have a natural ability to foster long term relationships and have a genuine interest in mentoring those you work closely with. KPI's and metrics will motivate you to meet and exceed both internal and external expectations.
