Role description:
In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and the team. It involves managing shifts, implementing team rosters, overseeing stock, and leading on-site functions and events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Running Shifts with precision
- Leading by Example on the Floor for the team
- Managing the Weekly Team Roster efficiently
- Overseeing Stock Management and Ordering
- Handling Team Performance Management and Training
- Running of On-Site Functions and Events
This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities:
- 2 years hospitality management experience
- A General Managers Certificate or the ability to obtain one
- The ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Proven team management skills and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards
