The roleIn a critical role for the business you will be responsible for building and nurturing key relationships with your clients across the country, and essentially making a difference with every call.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily calls to clients and increasing brand awareness through telephone, email and some face-to-face communication.
- Identifying customer needs, recommending products and samples, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Build on established and new relationships with customers, distributors and retailers to optimise awareness of products, customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Participating in trade shows, tastings and presentations to showcase quality products and create customer demand.
- Be involved in new product development and work as a collaborative team member across marketing and other divisions.
- General administrative duties
About youYou bring the following to the team:
- 2 years'+ experience in a sales / call centre / customer service role
- Passion for doing sales, calling clients and meeting with potential clients.
- Exhibit a positive, confident attitude, able to communicate effectively with all people.
- Willing to travel to trade shows across the country.
- Eager to learn and grow.
