Job Description
H2R Technology is looking for a Senior Engineer skilled in Citrix for our clients Virtual Applications & Desktops team. The core focus of this role is BAU ticket resolution, supporting DevOps initiatives and providing Citrix expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve BAU tickets in Citrix-based applications and desktop virtualisation
Participate in DevOps initiatives, emphasizing automation
Contribute to Citrix product development and enhancements
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of DevOps processes
