We are on the hunt for 2x Civil Foreman to join our industry leading clients team. As the Foreman you play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of large scale projects in Auckand.
Our client is 100% Kiwi owned and operated, and deliver projects of all sizes across New Zealand. With more than 100 staff on deck, and a record setting 2023, they are looking to expand and grow their team heading into 2024 and beyond.
About the Job -
You will liaise with site managers, project managers, construction workers, subcontractors and all other on site personnel coordinating the day to day running of the project. Monitoring project progress, forecasting for any potential issues and implementing plans to keep the project on track. Ensuring compliance and safety regulations are followed and addressing any concerns. Maintaining records of daily activity.

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks, managing multiple teams
- Solid time keeping
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
- Able to read site plans / drawings
- Must be a NZ resident
