Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Civil Transport Project/ Programme Manager to play a critical role, leading a program of recovery work aimed at repairing and reinstating the local transport network across the Hawkes Bay region impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle. With an estimated program of work estimated at $800 M, you will embrace the challenge of shaping the recovery efforts expected to continue over the next 7-10 years.
With a varied urban and rural geography the program includes everything from main roads with equivalent traffic to State Highways through to bridge replacements, large culverts and arterial networks linking local communities. On offer is a competitive salary of $100K - $120K + benefits.

With a successful track record working on significant infrastructure/bridge projects, you will possess developed technical skills and be commercially astute. You will be well respected in the local engineering market with existing relationships across central and local government such as Auckland Transport, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Authority and Kiwi Rail.
