Class 4 Nightshift Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 4 Nightshift Driver to join one of our well known clients. As a Class 4 Nightshift Driver, you will be responsible for operating the bulk tipping truck unit, transporting animal bi-products between Te Aroha and Waitoa. The shifts are scheduled between 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 4 bulk tipping truck unit on designated routes between Te Aroha and Waitoa.
• Transport animal bi-products according to established schedules and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered during transportation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a valid New Zealand Class 4 or Class 5 full driver's license.
• Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
• Ability to work nightshift hours (3:00 PM to 3:00 AM) from Monday to Friday.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
