Korero mō te tūranga| About the role

As a Clinical Midwife Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day clinical support, leadership, and coordination of staff, systems, and resources within our vibrant Maternity Services team. Working alongside a dedicated group of CMCs and Senior Midwives, you will ensure seamless patient care, maintaining patient flow, and ensuring safe and timely admissions, transfer/retrievals, and discharges.

  • Good knowledge of Tikanga and cultural safety
  • Strong focus on addressing health inequities and improving health outcomes for Māori, Pasifika and other vulnerable groups
