Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role


0.5 FTE (40 Hours per Fortnight) with flexibility 

Fixed Term - Maternity Leave Cover


We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced registered health professional applicants to work within the ACC and Non Resident Business Team.


You will be expected to understand and effectively manage ACC Treatment injury claims and other ACC and Non Resident Business requirements.  You will also be expected to provide a high level of customer service to all Te Whatu Ora Taranaki and external stakeholders.


You will report to the Planned Care and ACC Manager and play an integral part in supporting your team to ensure all ACC and Non Resident legislative and contractual requirements are met for the benefit of our patients and the Te Whatu Ora Taranaki Business.


Preferred candidates will have a clinical qualification ( Registered Nurse or Allied Health) along with some knowledge of ACC legislation and Ministry requirements.  Candidates with a good clinical understanding and significant ACC and Health knowledge should also consider applying for this role.


We are looking for applicants with a focus on the provision of quality services together with the ability to work well with external agencies (ACC and Ministry of Immigration), patients and team members.
