He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role

We have a position available for a Clinical Unit Administrator within the Medical Wards.  This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.  There is always a variety of tasks to be performed. 

The position entails alternating rostered mornings and afternoon shifts.  One week you will do the morning shift from 7am to 3.30pm and the next week the afternoon shift from 12.00pm to 8.30pm. 

This role is covered by PSA National Health Administration Collective Agreement Salary Band 3 - $65,627 to $74,510. 

He korero mōu - About You

The successful applicant will have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and previous experience in a health care environment is desirable.  You will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills and be a proven team player.  Well-developed computer skills and outstanding time management skills are a key requirement.  

A knowledge of medical services would be an advantage.  You must have the ability to learn computer software skills related to medical services.
