As an Commercial Assistant, you will be supporting the Commercial Managers by providing administrative support and working alongside them to attain and grow their portfolio of clients. The team are well regarded, highly successful and busy. The team support each other, have fun together and pride themselves on being outstanding in their fields.

You will be utilising your outstanding administration & communication skills to:-
  • Provide full administration support to the Commercial Managers
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate customers - build strong relationships
  • Process lending requests including requesting documents, co-ordinating signatories and payouts
  • Prioritise urgent workflow

You know you’re right for this role if you’re…
  • Experienced in managing customer/ client queries and have a passion for delivering the very best service to your customers
  • Ideally experience in supporting a manager with a portfolio of client but not essential
  • Willing to embrace learning as there will be plenty of on the job training on offer to ensure you are well supported in your onboarding journey
  • Perhaps you are currently working in banking, finance or lending (ideally) and looking to further your career
  • Enjoys a blend of administration (has strong attention to detail and comfortable with compliance) but also engaging with clients and building long standing relationships.
