Customer Service/Concierge Role

Position Type: Temporary (Minimum 3 months, with potential for long-term)

Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hourly Rate: $25 

Our client is a premier destination for automotive excellence, providing top-notch service and a wide selection of vehicles to their valued customers. They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Receptionist/Concierge. The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for their customers, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or needs
  • Serve tea/coffee to customers while they wait and ensure refreshment area is well-maintained
  • Liaise with the sales team to hand over customers and facilitate a smooth transition
  • Check in cars for service appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) as needed
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels of stationery and kitchen items
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
