Description

Our client is a leading provider of integrated services.  They are seeking a keen Site Administrator to join their Waiheke Island based team for an immediate start to cover leave in April and again in June. 

If you live off-island we will cover the Ferry Travel.  The standard hours of work are 7.45am - 4.30pm. If commuting from the CBD you will need to be on the 6.45am sailing from the CBD and 5pm for the return trip. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reception 
  • Data entry 
  • Invoice processing 
  • Filing 

To apply, you will:

  • Have strong communication skills 
  • Good grasp of Excel 
  • Invoicing experience  
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test 
  • Be motivated, eager to learn & presentable. 
  • Available long term 

What can we offer:

  • $33 an hour

  • Ferry paid from the CBD
