  • $28ph + 8% Holiday Pay I 37.5 Hour Week

About The Role
The Customer Care team is a telephone-based team that assists our client's intermediaries and customers in the quoting, sale, and administration of the policies. This important customer-focused team is charged with delivering exceptional customer service, advice, and support to our partners and customers. As an effective team member, you will be highly knowledgeable about our client's products, systems, and processes. 

You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Managing queries, requests, and complaints from customers with an exceptional level of customer service
  • Providing quotations and issuing policies and documentation to customers
  • Process medical assessments using the online system
  • Manage customer relationships, interactions, and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the best possible level of service
  • Proactively provide support to other Customer Care team members and other key internal stakeholders within the business
About You:
In this key position, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and an engaging phone manner to support customers. You will be passionate about providing assistance. You will need to be diplomatic, empathetic, and professional to ensure that customers feel comfortable and confident when talking to you about their policy and requirements. 
  
Other Skills And Experience Include:
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Genuine ability to display empathy coupled with strong emotional intelligence
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be highly adaptable and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player with a 'can-do' attitude 
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Be passionate about helping people and finding a solution to their needs
  • Have a demonstrated track record of great performance, proven reliability and hard work
