Our client is looking for a customer service superstar to join their team on a temporary basis starting immediately!
- $28.50ph + 8% Holiday Pay
- Newmarket Location
- Start ASAP - 2 month duration
About the Role:
Our client is a financial services group with significant growth plans. They provide award-winning savings and finance products to a diverse range of customers including business owners, farmers, and retirees.
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile loan accounts identified with discrepancies
- Refund or credit funds to the appropriate accounts
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all actions align with Heartland's values and customer service standards
- Administrative duties, communication with customers, and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Previous office based customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- A collaborative team player who is ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
