Description

Our client is looking for a customer service superstar to join their team on a temporary basis starting immediately!

  • $28.50ph + 8% Holiday Pay
  • Newmarket Location
  • Start ASAP - 2 month duration 
** Please note, you need to have lived in NZ for the past 5 years to be considered for this position, due to compliance checks *** 

About the Role:

Our client is a financial services group with significant growth plans. They provide award-winning savings and finance products to a diverse range of customers including business owners, farmers, and retirees.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile loan accounts identified with discrepancies
  • Refund or credit funds to the appropriate accounts
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all actions align with Heartland's values and customer service standards
  • Administrative duties, communication with customers, and managing multiple tasks effectively
About You:
  • Previous office based customer service experience
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • A collaborative team player who is ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Please note you will be required to undergo a background and credit check, as part of the onboarding process (once successful - role offered).
