Description

Our client is one of the largest distributer of saw blades, professional knife, hand and measuring tools which they pride themselves on their quality and state of the art equipment to craftsmen and professionals.

They are now seeking a Customer Service & Marketing Representative preferably from a manufacturing or trade background who will be responsible for delivering a pleasant and welcoming customer experience with exceptional service through strong communication. Assisting the National Sales Managers both in New Zealand & Australia with product launches, website development & social media marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain customer service standards
  • Process customer sale orders within 1 hour receipt
  • Answer customer enquiries verbally or in writing the same day received
  • Process credit returns on receipt required
  • Establish customer accounts when received
  • Undertake any rother responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualification and experience as may be required of directed by management
  • Comply with all company policies & values, legal requirements, OHS obligations & customer requirements

Requirements include:

  • Highly developed organizational & communication skills
  • Following up of all external & internal correspondence
  • Ability to deal with people at multiple levels
  • High level of Microsoft Office suite in Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail, including data entry, reporting and analysis
  • Highly self-motivated and proven team player
  • Have a passion for developing strong customer relationships
  • Travel to Australia on occasion
