We're on a mission to find a star player for our client who can seamlessly navigate the worlds of administration, customer service, and sales follow-ups with a sprinkle of magic!

The Role: As the Office Administrator/Customer Service Guru, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating the symphony of office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mastering the art of MS Office like a wizard.
  • Dazzling customers with top-notch service that leaves them smiling.
  • Organizing functions that make everyone wish they were on the guest list.
  • Conducting sales follow-ups that turn leads into lifelong fans.
  • Helping out in production when an extra hand is needed
  • All sorts of office administration
Requirements: To land a spot on the dream team, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience (because, let's face it, you're a pro by now).
  • Jedi-level skills in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, you name it!
  • A passion for providing world-class customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Organizational skills that rival Marie Kondo's – if it's not sparking joy, it's not on your watch.
  • Sales follow-up expertise that turns leads into gold.
