We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist with an interesting and busy role in South Auckland.
This Customer Service Representative position is a permanent day shift role on a rotating 4 days on 2 days off roster. Starting at 7.15am – 5.45pm there will be rostered weekend work. Any rostered weekend days attract penal rates at time and a half..
The key function of this role is to provide Truck Rental customers with a fantastic experience ensuring that the vehicle collection and hand-over process is smooth and efficient, professional, and personalised. You may also be asked assist with other tasks like moving trucks around the yard (you will be trained on this).
