About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a small team who operate passionately to provide a high quality of customer care, aiming to create positive and helpful experiences. We need individuals with an empathetic nature and those who are confident communicating with people from all walks of life.

In this role you will be:

• Handling customer queries via phone and email 
• Updating and managing the customer database – ensuring systems are well maintained
• Actively engaging with your colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Learning from some of the best in the industry – refining your skillset within financial services
