- $55k-$60k pending experience + benefits
- Permanent, full time role
- Foot in the door to insurance
- 8:30am-5pm - no weekend work or late nights
- In office role to start during the training period - Once completed flex to WFH 1 day a week
- Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and via email
- Answering any general queries, policy queries or premium queries
- Helping customer begin the claims process
- Building long standing relationships with customers
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal
- Comfortable on the phone - happy to have conversations with customers and understand their needs
- Keen to get stuck into the insurance world
- Good listener / empathetic is key!
