Looking for an customer service role to enhance your career? Wanting a financial Services opportunity? We are looking for someone who has Customer Service experience and is ready to part of a long tenured, supportive team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Services specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing them with exceptional support, interacting with them over the phone and in email form.

No weekend work, Monday to Friday business hours and 1-2 days WFH once trained!

Do you…
  • Have previous experience dealing with customers in a contact Centre, but you are ready for a step up
  • Get a real kick out of providing an exceptional service
  • Have a knack for picking up new systems
