This role is supporting and working with internally based stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Currently, they are looking for an exceptional D365 CRM Analyst/Consultant to work alongside and support people throughout the organisation, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key components and focus points of this role include:
- Support and consult with internal stakeholders regarding D365 CRM applications providing accurate analysis, solutions, and recommendations, and initiating the implementation of configuration changes,
- Resolve Incidents that have been assigned to you,
- Drive and assist in the innovation of new solutions across the organisation,
- Drive optimal utilisation of the D365 CRM by working closely with the relevant stakeholders,
- Project manage any initiatives that have been assigned to you,
- Document and maintain appropriate D365 CRM artefacts and records,
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
As well a robust understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and your customer focused attitude, further attributes you will bring with you include:
- Collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent attention to detail communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
