Our client is a leading brand in Farming machinery such as Tractors and Spreaders to Harvesters and Lawn Mowers They provide services along with Warrant of Fitness tests and will order and track the parts you need to get going!
Based in a new establishment with more space means this client is ready to grow! We are looking for experienced Disel technicians to assist in the field and workshop for clients needing repairs and services on machinery such as Tractors, Harvesters, Feeders, Lawn Mowers, Diggers and more. Our client can service a range of machinery from the Agricultural, Horticultural and Construction industries and are now wanting to bring on more talent and experience to their hardworking team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Warrant of fitness checks and annual servicing mechanics
- Fault finding and diagnosis for hydraulics, transmissions and engine problems
- Communication with customers and teams to ensure efficient customer care
- Ordering parts required and managing an effective time schedule for productivity
The right person
- Has experience of 3 years or more with the minimum tertiary education
- Has an understanding of heavy diesel machinery and parts
- Is able to provide 2 work references from a previous employer in a similar industry
- Has a full class 1 license and a forklift OSH certificate and F endorsement
- Is based in the Bay of Plenty with the right to work
