As the wizard behind the scenes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations and supporting the Managing Director's schedule.

Role description:

As a Part-Time Executive Assistant/Office Administrator, overseeing a blend of EA and office administration duties, spending around 15 hours per week fulfilling EA duties and 10 hours per week fulfilling Office Admin duties. The role is primarily working from home until mid February 2024 when the new office in Arrowtown is all set up. There will still be opportunities to work from home when the office is established. Your multitasking skills will shine as you manage the Managing Director's calendar, coordinate travel, and craft polished correspondence. Additionally, you'll plan engaging team activities to foster a positive internal culture.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing the Managing Director's calendar and travel coordination.
  • Crafting polished correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Coordinating engaging team activities to enhance internal culture.
  • Juggling diverse responsibilities with initiative and a friendly spirit.

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as an EA or similar in a senior management setting.
  • Exceptional diary management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a friendly, collaborative spirit.
