Then we'd like to hear from you!

Our Auckland based client is looking for a coordinator to work alongside the Events Manager in all aspects of the delivery of events, particularly around administration and logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the creation of inspiring event themes and event approach
  • Administer events on a national level in line with the events calendar.
  • Book travel and accommodation for events activities as required.
We're looking for someone with 1-2 years+ events experience. The successful candidate will take a systematic, proactive, disciplined approach to their entire role. They will ensure forward planning, with associated deadlines, prioritised goals, tasks and deliverables. They will have a strong understanding of Adobe Suite such as InDesign and Photoshop.
