Event Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to work on a brand new event happening in May 2024.
This person will manage and oversee the project to ensure all aspects and deliverables are executed in a professional and timely manner.
Some of the key duties will include:
-Creation and approval of event plan
-Overseeing & managing all communication and marketing
-Working closely with stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are agreed and approved

The preferred candidate will ideally have extensive experience and success in the events industry, including managing large scale and high impact events and will have proven ability to work and communicate across cultures, especially stakeholders from the Asia and Pacific regions.
An understanding and connection to key concepts of Te Ao Maori would be an advantage.
