The Physiotherapy Board regulates physiotherapists in New Zealand. Its purpose is to protect the health and safety of members of the public by ensuring that physiotherapists are competent and fit to practise their profession.
The Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive assistance and management support, contributing to the overall leadership and performance of the organisation.
The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the CE inbox and diary, coordinating meetings and their administration, responding to incoming correspondence and queries, arranging travel and accommodations, contributing to reports and requests for information, assisting in preparing key documents and proposals, and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
