  • 3-month temporary assignment (potential to extend)
  • $45 – 50 per hour depending on experience
  • 30 hours per week
  • Parnell/Newmarket Location (In office position)
About The Role:

Currently seeking an experience EA/ or PA from the legal industry to join our client on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role with the potential for it to be extended. Please note, you will need to be able to start within 1 weeks’ notice. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage contracts with high attention to detail
  • Collate board packs and ensure all materials are accurate and timely
  • Accurately minute meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
  • Coordinate diaries for senior management
  • Screen and manage incoming emails/ communications
  • Provide general administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant from the legal industry
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Legal experience is desirable but not necessary
