About The Role:
Currently seeking an experience EA/ or PA from the legal industry to join our client on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role with the potential for it to be extended. Please note, you will need to be able to start within 1 weeks’ notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage contracts with high attention to detail
Collate board packs and ensure all materials are accurate and timely
Accurately minute meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
Coordinate diaries for senior management
Screen and manage incoming emails/ communications
Provide general administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant from the legal industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Legal experience is desirable but not necessary
