At the heart of Maritime New Zealand's success is the provision of a broad range of administrative and other business support functions. The purpose of the Business Support Team is to provide coordinated, efficient and high-quality support to the Board, Executive and various teams, playing an important organisational role in ensuring strong connections and collaboration within teams and across other support functions.
Te tūnga | The role
Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Regulatory Operations in relation to day-to-day operations and workflow, this position reports to the Manager, Business Support in the Office of the Chief Executive, People & Culture group. As the Executive Assistant for Regulatory Operations, you are responsible for providing a range of support to the DCE and General Manager - General Regulatory Operations, including diary and correspondence management, meeting and events organisation, administrative support and from time-to-time assistance with onboarding new employees, and budgeting and reporting support.

Salary range $72,540 to $88,393 depending on skills and experience + superannuation.
