We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Storesperson for our client based in Otahuhu. Our client specializes in dangerous goods and chemicals, making it desirable for applicants to have relevant experience in handling such materials.
Requirements:
- Desirable: Experience with Dangerous Goods handling
- Highly advantageous: Certificate or experience in Class 5.1 DG (oxidizing chemicals)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: general warehousing, inwards goods, dispatch, forklift driving
- Ability to commit to Monday to Friday work schedule
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience including picking, packing, forklift operation, inwards dispatch
- A solid work history
- Capability to lift products while performing picking tasks
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand without immigration assistance
- Recent and verifiable references (minimum of 2)
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol checks
- Clean or minimal criminal convictions record
$25/hour plus holiday pay or up, based on experience
