This established and busy NZ owned and operated company on the North Shore is on the search for a skilled Administrator who loves all things Excel and processes! This role provides support to the end-to-end export process and involves collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and international customers.
About the role:
- Initially you will provide support to process customer orders.
- Once up to speed you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire export process, from order processing to shipment and delivery.
- Your role will involve collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and international customers to ensure efficient export operations.
- Your attention to detail, compliance with regulations, and excellent communication skills will be essential to the success of client's international business.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Access and Excel
- Fair understanding of export regulations, and international shipping documentation and/or keen to learn these things will be beneficial.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving
- Having AI knowledge or exposure could be an advantage.
