Duties and Responsibilities:
-Fabricate medium sized weldments using MIG/MAG techniques and equipment consistently achieving the high quality the product requires
-Manufacture component parts using hydraulic and electrical bending, punching, drilling cutting and forming processes and equipment
-Grind, dress and clean weldments
-Participating in a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality and efficiency
Skills Required:
-Previous Engineering and Mig welding experience required
-Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers
-Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
-Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing
-Strong team player
-Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
