Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

The secret to our success is our people. While we are ordinary people, we are not all the same. We welcome diversity, in all its forms, in fact we consider it a strength. Join us and work at the heart of national security to protect New Zealand and New Zealanders.

Are you passionate about the world of Facilities and want to take that energy into a new and exciting environment?

This critical role in our busy Facilities team provides proactive support to our GCSB and NZSIS facilities, trouble-shooting and finding solutions to enquiries and issues.

We're looking for someone who has experience in a facilities or property administration/management role and is knowledgeable in the areas of property maintenance, building systems and core facilities services.

You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident liaising with a wide range of people and used to providing great customer service. With your planning and organisational skills, you'll be good at juggling a busy workload and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. A current clean full NZ driver's licence is also required.

This is an opportunity to work somewhere really different in a dynamic workplace and in a supportive, fun and collaborative team environment.

We offer comprehensive benefits, flexibility and work-life balance. If you have questions about working with us, we've busted the most common myths - check out our myth busting booklet https://beyondordinary.nzic.govt.nz/mythbusting
