Are you passionate about the world of Facilities and want to take that energy into a new and exciting environment?

This critical role in our busy Facilities team provides proactive support to our GCSB and NZSIS facilities, trouble-shooting and finding solutions to enquiries and issues.

We're looking for someone who has experience in a facilities or property administration/management role and is knowledgeable in the areas of property maintenance, building systems and core facilities services.

You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident liaising with a wide range of people and used to providing great customer service. With your planning and organisational skills, you'll be good at juggling a busy workload and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. A current clean full NZ driver's licence is also required.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.

You must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance. Ordinarily to obtain this level of clearance candidates must have a 15 year checkable background in countries where meaningful and reliable checks can be undertaken. Where requisite checks are unable to be made, the candidate application may not be able to be progressed.
