Our client is a dynamic company operating a portfolio of diverse venues, setting the stage for unforgettable experiences. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial performance and shaping strategic decisions. This role has a lot of involvement in adding value, compiling results from the venues and working closely with the Finance Manager and CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and CFO to compile weekly/monthly reports on venue performance.
- Analyse business results and communicate findings to the wider team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Drive financial performance against KPI’s on a regular basis
- Add value through your insights and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial finance role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to understand financial numbers.
- Experience with Xero and other internal systems; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for adding value and driving results.
