This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we embark on a journey of transformation in line with our new and bold organisational strategy Hōkai Rangi: one that builds on the good things that are already happening, learns from doing, and, most importantly, innovates to find new and alternative ways of doing things to achieve better outcomes with Māori and their whānau.

If you are curious and wanting to learn, we are a complex organisation where the opportunity to upskill and grow is available.
We are a collaborative team where you can bounce ideas off each other and have support within the unit, so someone who is able to work independently but also alongside others and bring them along on the journey will be ideal.
