The Payroll kapa (team) is a fundamental part of the HR Shared
Services (HRSS) whānau (family). They tautoko (support) the largest
workforce in the South Island ensuring we pay our kaimahi (staff) accurately,
on time, every time. They - re hard-working and dedicated delivering their mahi
(work) to high standards putting the kaimahi (staff) at the centre of what they
do.
We are seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join our Legislation and
Compliance kapa (team) within our Payroll Department. This is a busy role where you
will be responsible for development and delivery of excellent customer service
experience, make timely and accurate payments to kaimahi (staff) of the Waitaha
Canterbury, maintain employee records and work closely with the HRSS kapa (team).
