Our client is a well known high performance civil construction company who prioritize Health & Safety, Training, and Development opportunities.Our client is currently seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead their civil construction projects. Your role will be overseeing a team of 4, ensuring projects are completed at a high quality, and communicating with other contractors and council representatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of civil construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, management, and council representatives
- Ensure the safety of your team and the project site
- Oversee construction of car parks, recreational areas, public spaces, retaining walls, and more
- Operate machinery as required
**Requirements**:
- Valid Class 1, Class 2, Class 4, and W T R endorsements
- Up to 5 years of experience as a foreperson in civil construction
- Proficiency in machine operation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
