About The Company:

This is a well known global International freight forwarder offering global supply of transport and logistics across air/sea and road transport. There is a wealth of knowledge amongst the senior sales/operations team, structured processes and a proactive approach to helping customers. With over 100 global offices world wide, you will be based in the Wellington branch. 

About the Role:

This is a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across International freight services, procurement of rates, quotations, implementation and on boarding of new clients and developing and maintaining relationships and client accounts.

Your collaborative attitude and communication skills are very important as you will be conducting client meetings, liaising with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and internally your sales support team .

Skills & Experience
This is an integral position within the business, to be successful you will need experience having worked for an International freight forwarder.

• 2+ Years Operations/Customer Services/Key Account/Sales
