Group Financial Analyst

This boutique and innovative business has three companies within the group.  They provide specialist solutions based consulting services, strategy and architecture road maps through to product implementations, training, and customer support across NZ and Australia. 

With continuing growth and centralizing of functions the role of Financial Analyst has been created.  The role is focused on providing both analytical, indirect tax and accounting support to the group which is made up of three wholly owned subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing subsidiary performance reporting and analysis
• Monthly and quarterly Group Management reports
• Forecasting and budgeting
• KPI tracking for Group and subsidiaries
• GST, FBT administration, and review
• Financial asset management

• Excellent Excel skills and Xero knowledge
• Have an accounting qualification and maybe working towards CA or similar
• Have experience and a sound understanding of all aspects of financial accounts management from P&L to Balance sheet and Fixed Assets
• The ability to prepare and understand financial reports
• Solid understanding of indirect tax, GST, FBT.
