Opportunity to join a large, complex organisation in the CBD as Head of Health & Safety for a Fixed Term contract- minimum 3 months, with an opportunity to go permanent if desired.
Immediate start in the next 2 weeks.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Foster the Health and Safety Culture
- Leading the Health and Safety strategy and business plan
- Provide day to day management
- Manage two direct reports
- Budget management
- Partner with executive leadership
- Develop and implement people centred processes
- Ensure the team provide clear technical and legally compliant advice
- Reviews and Board level reporting
- Relevant qualification
- Minm 8-10 years' experience in management to senior level
- Demonstrated practical experience in H&S management
- Policy Development
- Accident investigation
- Hazard identification
- Assessment and control
- Contract management
- Rehabilitation and wellness programme.
