As a Health & Safety Adviser, you'll be more than an expert; you'll be a positive force for change. Your role is crucial in improving how we manage health and safety risks, fostering leadership, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team. We're not just looking for someone with a H&S background; we're seeking a passionate coach and trainer who thrives on implementing sustainable change.
This role forms part of the on-site leadership team, who are progressive, trauma-informed, and safety-focused. Our exceptional leaders deeply care about their team's wellbeing, and consistently work at improving ways of working and culture.
As the H&S Advisor you'll report to the Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager. You'll play a critical role within our tightly knit eight-person regional Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, contributing to solving larger organisational challenges, and implementing large scale wellbeing and cultural change initiatives.
You will be based full-time, on-site at Mount Eden Correctional Facility (MECF), Mount Eden, Auckland

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range is $81,606 - $115,209, the mid-point which indicates full competence in the role is $96,007. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
