Hauora a Toi – Bay of Plenty are currently looking for experienced, passionate, and motivated Health Care Assistants to join our vibrant and innovative team at the Renal Dialysis Unit based at Tauranga hospital. You will be part of a skilled and knowledgeable team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. The role requires you to work morning and afternoon shifts including weekends and public holidays.
The Renal Dialysis Unit aims to provide the best support and care for our patients requiring haemodialysis. Health Care Assistants are a vital part of our interdisciplinary team who work closely with our nursing staff to provide assistance to patients and whānau/family.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work under the direction of a highly motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic nursing team committed to delivering comprehensive quality care. We offer education opportunities and provide support for your professional development. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing renal service that is motivated and committed to making a difference through teamwork and cooperation.
