Ward 27, Surgical Services has a permanent vacancy for a motivated, enthusiastic care assistant to join their team.

 

Hours of work will be 4pm-9pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and a full shift Saturday afternoon with some flexible required around these shifts to work in with the other health care assistants on the ward.

 

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate: 

  • An ability to work with a wide range of people 
  • A strongly developed customer focus
  • An ability to be highly organised 
  • Professional behaviour and presentation

The salary will be within the range from Step 1 ($60,100) to Step 5 ($70,358) as per the “Health Care Assistants Salary Scale”.
