The Nelson Marlborough Holidays Act Compliance Programme (NM HAC Programme) was established to rectify the NM payroll system (Leader), the NM Time and Attendance system (Actor) and payroll processes and policies to ensure compliance with the Holidays Act 2003. This includes changes to the way staff take leave, are paid, employment contracts and rostering processes and also rectification of non-compliant processes and systems as identified in the previous Holidays Act Compliance Audit (HAC Audit).
Reporting to the Lead Remediation Officer, the Remediation Officer will be responsible for:

a can-do attitude and be a willing team player, read to get stuck in to work
with and effectively support the Lead Remediation Officer in the remediation
project.
