You will join a truly collaborative team of 5 x HR Advisors, 2x Senior HRBPs, and an HR Manager who support people leaders and team members across all people related processes and initiatives, including engagement, employment relations, building capability, and continuous improvement projects.

You will have your own portfolio (approximately 500 people) of diverse stakeholders to partner with – which may include Team Leaders and Managers from Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Distribution – who are all located at their large Auckland campus.

This role is a unique chance for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to deepen their experience in a progressive, large-scale setting with clear pathways for career advancement.

Leading HR projects and initiatives and analysing HR trends will also be key elements of your role. • Strong HR knowledge, together with good business and commercial awareness. You will be supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Sound employment relations (ER) experience; you must have experience working on cases end to end yourself.
  • Customer and stakeholder focus, strong problem-solving skills and the desire to improve and streamline the delivery of HR services.
  • Experience working with a HRIS and ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights to the business.
  • The ability to form trusted relationships which enable you to partner successfully and influence our employees, leaders and your colleagues.
  • Resilience and the ability to think and act at pace.
  • A curious and inquisitive mindset to understand the business and its people.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach, utilising the expertise within the HR team for problem-solving and being open to asking for help.

  • Modern office and free car park.
  • An additional company day off.

  • A truly supportive and collaborative HR team who are driven and caring.
