Skills and Experience: - Generalist HR experience, ideally in a large, operational, unionised environment.
- Ability to operate and influence at a senior level.
- Expert knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
- Comfortable managing high volume Employment Relations.
- Experience providing HR advice and support across employee lifecycle.
- Ability to coach, guide and influence good HR practices.
- The ideal person will be driven, passionate and committed!
