Skills and Experience:
  • Generalist HR experience, ideally in a large, operational, unionised environment.
  • Ability to operate and influence at a senior level.
  • Expert knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
  • Comfortable managing high volume Employment Relations.
  • Experience providing HR advice and support across employee lifecycle. 
  • Ability to coach, guide and influence good HR practices.
  • The ideal person will be driven, passionate and committed!
