HR Business Partner Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced HRBP to join a dynamic team based in Ponsonby for a three-month independent contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the team through a period of organisational change.

As the successful candidate, your primary objective will be to seamlessly integrate into the team and provide managers with expert advice and guidance. You will play a crucial role in navigating the organisational restructure, offering support to managers and their teams throughout the change process.

To excel in this position, a strong background in generalist HR positions is essential. Additionally, the ability to cultivate strong relationships, coupled with excellent communication skills enabling effective influence over managers and securing their commitment, are necessary traits.
